Before Processing or Dispatch

If your cancellation request is received before the order is processed or dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order. A cancellation is not guaranteed until Dealiverse confirms it.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the applicable return and refund process will apply according to the product and seller terms.
